What This Site Is
This site describes how Take Over Payments Las Vegas buys homes by taking over existing mortgage payments. It is information, not an offer. An offer exists only in a written agreement that you and we both sign.
No Advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, lending or financial advice. We are a direct buyer and not a real estate brokerage. You should consult your own attorney and advisors before you sign any agreement or make decisions about your home or loan.
Requests and Quotes
Submitting a form or calling us starts a conversation and creates no obligation for you or for us. Any proposal is subject to review of the property, the loan documents and the title. We may decline a request that does not fit what we do.
Purchase Agreements
If a purchase moves forward, the terms, the payment servicing arrangement and the closing costs appear in a written agreement that closes through a title company. Where that agreement differs from anything on this site, the agreement controls.
Text Messages and Calls

Acceptable Use
Do not submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may block access to anyone who does.
Limits and Governing Law
The site is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes belong in the courts of Clark County, Nevada. We may update these terms by posting a new effective date.
